It is 2009!!
Amazing.
We just got home from a fantastic vacation. I am reinvigorated to renew my healthy lifestyle and to go back to work tomorrow. I remember that work is what I do so that I can enjoy my life, but also really appreciate that my work has meaning and I can make a difference for youth and families in St. George. We plan to ride 100 miles per week. I will be eating as prescribed by my doctor- severely limit sugar, processed white flour products, potatoes, and limiting alcohol. I will be healthier at 35 than ever before in my life. The new pic and header to the blog is from our trip to Louisiana for New Years- we rode bikes a bunch, and our friend Alicia put together the awesome header for me! To see more pics join facebook and find me. I'll post albums there. I got the new camera for Christmas but don't know how to use it yet! (Thank you Santa baby.)
Today I am so grateful for my Jas. He is a wonderful husband, he loves me with all of his heart. He tells me the truth, even when it means we may fight today (when I ask "does this make me look fat?" His response is "so you want to fight today?", but if I look fat he will find a way to tell me so I can hear it as concern for my health). I love Jason more today than I did 14 years ago, I didn't think that would be possible. I am truly, madly, deeply in love with my husband and he feels the same! We like each other. We want to spend time together. We want to talk to each other. We trust each other. When things are hard we pull together. When I tell him what I need him to say, he says it. When he has a migraine I cook dinner and keep the bird quiet. For a million little reasons we love each other more and more each day. Not everyone has this. I sometimes think few people do. So I am EVERSOGRATEFUL for my love life. It is the basis for the rest of life, and I LOVE MY LIFE!

You are always so eloquent and you articulate your thoughts very clearly. I am so jumbled up that I have to use pictures and I still don't always sound or look good. I love reading your blog because you are so positive. I am glad you guys had a great trip, your pic is dang cute and we will be in the warmers temps soon I hope. I don't know about my blog being one of note, but you are very thoughtful. Why don't you and Jas ride with Sandra at Old Pueblo? I bet we can find two more to join you. I have a bro-in-law that's cool and casual. We need one more for your five man team. It will be good motivation for training and a good time for all. IMBA will sponsor you if you are willing to raise a few buckaroos. You are Jason are soooooo lucky to have each other. I want to be like you when I grow up too!
I love you so much. You are such a wonderfully positive person. I am so glad that someone else feels the same way about their spouse as I do about Dennis. I, too, think that it is a rare thing in so many marriages. We are all so very lucky!
